DePuy to Extend Current U.S. Settlement Program for those with a DePuy ASR Device

DePuy, a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson, has reportedly agreed to extend the current U.S. Settlement Program for those with a DePuy ASR hip implant. During the first ASR settlement round, Cutter Law represented a significant number of claimants. We found that nearly all of our participating clients were satisfied with the efficiency and settlement amount that the program offered.
